Be Well & Self Resilience

A personal development course designed specifically for our partnership with the wellbeing centre to tackle the growing need for support. This course intends to support individual’s health and wellbeing to move forward in their lives building confidence and resilience. It aims to identify behaviours and put into place strategies, setting goals to approach change effectively. Focusing on developing positive attitudes for motivation. The starting point recognises individual’s aspirations and supports them to work towards their personal goals enabling them to make balanced and informed choices about their life both now and in the future and develop confidence in their own abilities.
