Learners will build confidence, motivation and resilience to support them in their journey to work. They will learn how to manage uncertainty and develop the skills, attributes and values which will enable them to overcome barriers to employment. Gaining strategies to deal with the stress of interviews and learning how to present the best version of themselves at interview will support learners to build a positive approach to searching for work. Learners can progress onto accredited employability and complete industry specific qualifications to support their journey to finding work. The tutor will work with the class to identify vacancies and they will be supported through the application process putting the skills they have learnt into practice.
