DESCRIPTION:PREPARATION FOR WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE \n14th\, 16th & 17th November 11am-3pm \n Understanding the skills required to work in customer service give you the opportunity to pursue many different job roles.  Offices\, shops\, hospitality and more all require excellent customer service skills.  This course will give you the opportunity to find out more about the role and how you can provide excellent customer service. \nThe course aims to provide an insight into the skills required for those working in customer service roles. \nBy the end of the course those attending will be able to: \n  \n\nDescribe and give two examples of good and bad customer service\nShow understanding of who benefits from good customer service\nDemonstrate understanding of the importance of repeat business using one example\nDescribe and give two examples of how you would meet and manage customer expectations\nDemonstrate understanding of the importance of creating a first good impression\nIdentify own personal strategy to deal effectively with difficult situations & connect positively with customers.
