DESCRIPTION:Do you have low self-confidence and struggle to set goals? \nThe Youth Hub regularly runs this 1 hour workshop to support with Confidence and Goal Setting. \nDuring this 1 hour small group session\, you will discuss what confidence means to you\, what can affect your confidence both positively and negatively and small things you can do to boost your self esteem. We also look at how setting small\, achievable goals can support your confidence and methods to help you track and stick to your goals.
