Community First will be running this course from Front Lawn Community Hub. This course is aimed at those moving towards a role in a customer service based environment. Jobs suitable would include retail, business admin, receptionist and more.

The course will focus on your communication skills, professional conduct and dealing with different situations.

The course will run for 3 days from 11am-3.30pm.
